Operator 61

our goal is to give away $1,000,000 by 2035

O-61 is focused on living out what Jesus spoke about in Luke 4:14-21. In those verses, Jesus was reading from Isaiah 61:1-2a and pointing to His calling and purpose. Things like giving good news to the poor, healing the brokenhearted, and offering freedom to people who are held captive by the darkness in this world. The bottom line, O-61 is proclaiming the year of the Lord's favor for everyone.

O-61 is the call sign of all undercover operators involved in this prayer and giving ministry. More than a hundred operations (both small and large) have been conducted since early 2022, before the official O-61 project began. We are now tracking the net given totals and have a God-given goal to give away $1,000,000 by 2035. The inspiration for this project is linked to Isaiah 61:1-2a. That is where the call sign "61" comes from.

The mission of Operator 61 is to bring people one step closer to Jesus by proclaiming the year of the LORD's favor through prayer and unique covert giving operations. Specific people (who we call God's High Value Targets - GHVTs) or locations are identified and given to us by the LORD through prayer. Then, small or large operations are executed by locating these people, praying for them, and then blessing them with a God-given gift.

First, we pray for help with our specific operation (Nehemiah 2:4). Then, we ask the LORD to send us to the people and places where He wants us to operate.
Once we believe the LORD has given us an idea and direction for the next operation, we start preparing. We begin by praying to God for the details of the mission to be revealed. We want to find out the objective and how He wants us to execute the mission. Next, we ask if He wants us to provide a financial or other type of blessing to His High Value Targets - GHVTs (His people). If we are instructed to give a monetary gift, we ask the LORD how much and for His provision.
Next, we solidify the plan and allow the LORD to direct our steps (Proverbs 16:9). Then, we start executing the plan. If we get to meet the GHVTs (depending on the type of mission), we pray with or for them, give them the gift (if instructed), and let them know God has not forgotten them.

After an operation is completed, we thank the LORD for His HVTs and for allowing us to participate. Then, we pray for more operations so that each person we encounter has the opportunity to take one step closer to Jesus (and He receives the glory for it).
